By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

PRODUCTS

All products are made on demand, meaning they are produced once the order is placed.

No pre-stock is held
Each product is custom-made

Some of our products are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider, Printful.

This means that:

  • Products are manufactured after the order is placed
  • Production, packaging, and shipping are handled by Printful
  • Delivery times may vary depending on production and logistics


Funny Cell Factory remains responsible for customer support and order management.

All prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via:

Visa
Mastercard
Apple Pay
Google Pay

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Funny Cell Factory does not store full payment details.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Production time: typically 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time: depends on destination


Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Funny Cell Factory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, returns and refunds are limited:

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer


Size disclaimer:

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before placing an order.

Returns accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • There is a manufacturing error


In these cases:

  • A free replacement or refund will be offered
  • You may be asked to provide photographic evidence


Claim period:

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Lost or undelivered orders:

If your order is lost in transit

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
  • We will investigate and provide a solution


Incorrect address:

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address

  • The customer is responsible
  • Additional shipping costs may apply


Unclaimed orders:

If an order is not claimed and returned:

  • Reshipping costs must be paid by the customer

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production.

Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Funny Cell Factory is not responsible for:

  • Errors made by the customer (wrong size, address, etc.)
  • Shipping delays beyond our control
  • Minor differences in color or design due to the printing process

All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Funny Cell Factory.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We sell and ship products worldwide.

By placing an order from outside Spain, you agree that:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delays caused by customs or local carriers are beyond our control

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
